1. Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "nb baji", "platform" or "we" refers to the nb-baji.cam website and its associated mobile applications. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who accesses or uses this platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all services on nb baji — including sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games and other entertainment services. These terms apply automatically as soon as a user accesses the platform.

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

Each person may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited, and in such cases all accounts and associated balances may be forfeited.

3. Age and Eligibility

All nb baji services are for persons aged 21 or above only. If a minor uses the platform, full responsibility rests with that person's legal guardian. nb baji may request identity documents to verify age at any time.

Deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims may be suspended until the verification process is complete. The platform reserves the right to close an account if the required documents are not provided.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nb baji are processed through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (by any method).
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals normally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• Withdrawals will always be sent via the same method and to the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may be pending until account verification is complete.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

nb baji bonus offers are given based on specific conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

The nb baji Weekly Deposit Festival offer gives a 30% deposit bonus once per week, up to ৳5,000, with 20x wagering. The nb baji Friday Reload offer gives a 20% deposit bonus every Friday, up to ৳3,000, with 18x wagering. The nb baji Cricket Deposit Bonanza gives a weekly 50% bonus on cricket bets, up to ৳8,000, with 25x wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may be claimed only once unless the offer states otherwise.
• The wagering requirement of any active bonus must be completed before claiming another bonus.
• nb baji reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to sports betting and casino games on nb baji.

6.1 Bet Cancellation and Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled, suspended or rescheduled, the original stake of the related bet will be returned, unless the betting rules specify otherwise. Where a technical error affects the determination of an event's result, the decision of nb baji is final.

6.2 Odds Changes

Once a bet is confirmed, any subsequent change in odds will not apply to that bet. In live betting after an event has started, odds may change at any moment.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

nb baji sets a limit on the maximum amount that can be won in a single day from a single bet or multi-bet, and this limit is reviewed periodically. Contact our support team for details.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nb baji platform:

• Bonus abuse, hedging or attempting to circumvent the wagering requirements of any bonus.
• Using multiple accounts to gain promotional benefits.
• Placing bets using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or false identity documents.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Harassing other users or spreading false information about them.
• Participating in any form of money laundering.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, nb baji reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance. The relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

nb baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Risk to account security or detection of unusual activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or an account closure request).

If a valid balance exists before the account is closed, an attempt will be made to return it after verification is complete, unless a decision has been made to forfeit it due to a violation.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
